Hearts

No other body part in history has been held in such high esteem as the heart. In ancient times it was thought to be the seat of the soul and the mind. The heart is truly magnificent.

E very day, the heart creates enough energy to drive a truck 20 miles. In a lifetime, that is equivalent to driving to the moon and back. Perhaps the origin of the phrase, “I Love You to the Moon and Back”!

Wings

Wings have always been associated with angels and other mythological creatures. The symbolism ranges from protection, magical powers and aspiring to the highest accomplishments. Man has always been fascinated with flight, remember Icarus. Winged creatures see the world from a different perspective, seeing beyond the present moment. They are the closest creatures to the divine that we have on earth and like angels are seen as messengers.

Skulls

The skull is one of man's oldest and most powerful symbols. Most commonly it is seen as a representation of death and mortality, but it has many, often contradictory interpretations.

The skull has been used to invoke fear,( Jolly Roger ) caution (poison), we have used it to celebrate life and death, to obtain good fortune and to avoid bad luck. It has been used as a symbol of bravery, indifference and rebelliousness.
